Shipping policy
Please be aware that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of any delays due to high volume of orders we will be sure to contact you within 7 to 14 business days. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays that fall outside of our control such as USPS, etc.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping takes approximately 5-8 days after your order is processed depending on the manufacturer. This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at florecerconmigo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please be aware that we do not ship to packages to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy for physical products (excluding mail club), which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your physical item to request a return. There are no refunds on digital product downloads.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at florecerconmigo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
